"Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens." Carl Jung

Since the last newsletter, I’ve had the joy of visiting Bali for the very first time—and what an experience it was! Bali Bliss, held at Soulshine in Ubud by the radiant Gemma Stone and Andrea Reindl, truly lived up to its name. Outer adventure and inner transformation danced in harmony: Water Temples, ecstatic dance, Pyramids (yes, really!), mischievous monkeys, cacao ceremonies, colourful sarongs, sacred silence, and joyful celebration all played their part.
Woven through it all were fresh dreams for the future, a deeper connection to self, soul-stirring conversations, and a gathering of beautiful humans committed to creating meaningful change in the world. It’s hard to capture in words, but if you imagine spirit, joy, depth, and expansion all at once—you’ll have a small glimpse of what I was so fortunate to experience.
Now that I’m home, my daily rhythm has shifted: a deepened morning practice, more mindful connection with others, and an ever-expanding sense of gratitude for this magnificent life and all that our extraordinary planet offers.

If this calls to you, please let me know – Gemma and Andrea are planning another such retreat next year in October 2026 and I’d be truly delighted to introduce you.

The Pink Moon – 13th April

This month’s Full Moon is known as the Pink Moon, named after the delicate wild phlox that blooms in North America at this time of year—an emblem of renewal, gentle awakening, and blossoming potential. Though the moon itself won’t appear pink, its energy signals a tender turning point: a time to witness how much has been quietly growing beneath the surface.
In the sign of Libra, this Pink Moon shines a spotlight on relationships, inner balance, and the harmony between giving and receiving. With the moon’s fullness illuminating what may have been hidden, it becomes easier to see both beauty and imbalance with fresh eyes.
Exploring Sun and Moon Alignment
Layered with the wisdom of Gate 42 – Increase, we’re reminded that true expansion doesn’t come from striving or expectation, but from allowing life to unfold naturally. This gate teaches that the more you nourish your own wholesome growth—gently, patiently, and in right timing—the more you become a catalyst for growth in others too.
This is not a time to rush ahead. It’s a time to celebrate the richness of what’s already here, and to trust in the slow, sacred rhythm of becoming.
The potential shadow of this gate is expectation—which can lead to disappointment when life doesn’t match the mental blueprint. But through the gift of detachment, we learn to observe life without clinging. This opens the doorway to celebration—a joyous, reverent state where we are simply grateful to be part of the unfolding.

Line 3 – Being Competent brings in a deeper layer: great wisdom is gained by learning through experience. Growth isn’t always graceful—but it’s always possible when you persevere with clarity. What once seemed like an ordeal, in hindsight, becomes your greatest teacher.

The corresponding Colour Mirrors Bottle is The Third Eye Chakra.
To support you through this lunar portal, the energies of Bottle C6 bring healing to the space of inner knowing. These violet and royal blue tones anchor the Third Eye Chakra, helping you reconnect to your intuitive clarity, especially if recent experiences have stirred confusion, loss, or doubt.
This bottle acts like a lantern in the dark — reminding you that your challenges are initiations, and your insight is ready to be shared. If you’ve been withholding your wisdom, this Pink Moon gently nudges you to trust again, to speak again, and to see from a higher perspective.
Book Corner
While in Bali, I was reintroduced to the gentle power of the Hawaiian prayer Hoʻoponopono:
I’m sorry
Please forgive me
I love you
Thank you
I first encountered it years ago in Joe Vitale’s book Zero Limits, and again during a Colour Mirrors workshop with Melissie Jolly, the founder of the system, where the energy of the prayer was paired with specific bottles for deep emotional clearing. And then, in our Bali cacao ceremony, it surfaced once more.
One of our group recounted a friend’s extraordinary experience: caught in a terrifying situation in New York, being robbed at gunpoint, she began softly repeating these words. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you. Over and over. The atmosphere shifted. The guns were lowered. No one was harmed. Charges were dropped. And lives were irrevocably changed. (Story shared with permission.)

It’s a reminder of the quiet potency of presence, humility, and love—even in the most unlikely moments. This simple prayer continues to reveal layers of grace, and I offer it here in case it speaks to something in you too.
