I can’t believe we are almost at the Spring Equinox on 21st March – the first quarter of 2025 has seen plenty of turmoil in the outer world. How is your inner world faring? If it is true that our outer reality reflects our inner reality, then I’m guessing a great number of us have been feeling a bit out of sorts! I try to minimise my contact with “The News” but even so, I’ve felt jangled by the goings on globally as well as illness, poor behaviour and unremitting grey skies closer to home. My “go to” remedies have been walks out in nature, hot lemon and ginger to drink and plenty of cuddles with the dog – what helps you in these circumstances?

As we step into the energy of the Full Moon, we find ourselves at a powerful moment of transition. This is a time to acknowledge the turbulence, honour the challenges, and step forward into new possibilities. March’s Full Moon, often called the Worm Moon, signifies renewal—earthworms begin to stir, heralding the return of spring and the awakening of life.
This Full Moon coincides with a Lunar Eclipse which is a powerful moment of transformation, marking endings, revelations, and new beginnings. Amplifying emotional energy, it encourages deep release, heightened intuition, and clarity around long-standing issues. With the Sun in Pisces urging surrender and the Moon in Virgo bringing grounding energy, this eclipse calls for balance between trust and practical healing. Themes from March 2006 and 2015 may resurface, highlighting karmic cycles. This is a time to let go of what no longer serves you, embrace change, and trust the Universe’s realignment for your highest good.

The Human Design Gate – Gate 36: Crisis Resolution: The Darkening of the Light
There’s always a potential to feel a sense of crisis before you make a move to experience something for the first time. In its lowest form, crisis is debilitating and discouraging. In its highest form, inner brightness and outer gentility come together to live through every aspect of human experiencing. Once an experience is indulged, feelings flow through a full range of emotional highs and lows. Experiencing is subjective and ultimately impersonal. (Chetan Parkyn)
This gate reminds us that emotions are part of the human experience. Life is not meant to be a smooth road—it is full of highs and lows, and through these, we deepen our understanding of ourselves and others.
